50% non-refundable deposit is due time of booking this ensures your date and space at The Loft.  You are taking a calendar date booking, holding, confirming and reserving your date.  This again is non-refundable. Final payment is due 180 days that is 6 months prior to your event.  Once paid in full this is 100% non-refundable.  If you cancel you will not get a refund of deposit, or the final payment made.

WEEKEND CHECK-IN FRIDAY @ NOON & OUT BY !0 am SUNDAY if a Sunday event is scheduled.  IF NO event Scheduled on Sunday out by NOON.

 

Sunday EVENT TIME check in @10 am TO check out 1 am.

NON -WEDDING EVENT WEEKDAY RATE is $750 depending on size of guest and space needed or $150 a hour.
