Then Sears came in the early1940's.  Mixed with history of timeless details of brick & mortar with huge hand-hewn old growth.  With all the must haves, with a selection of over 2,000 plus decor pieces to choose from for free, with transparent pricing.  Large open space making this a great gathering place of 20,000 SQ. 50% non-refundable deposit is due time of booking this ensures your date and space at The Loft.  You are taking a calendar date booking, holding, confirming and reserving your date.  This again is non-refundable. Final payment is due 180 days that is 6 months prior to your event.  Once paid in full this is 100% non-refundable.  If you cancel you will not get a refund of deposit, or the final payment made.​

*Event liability insurance required in the amount of 1million.

NON -WEDDING EVENT WEEKDAY RATE is $750 depending on size of guest and space needed or $150 a hour.
