50% non-refundable deposit is due time of booking this ensures your date and space at The Loft. You are taking a calendar date booking, holding, confirming and reserving your date. This again is non-refundable. Final payment is due 180 days that is 6 months prior to your event. Once paid in full this is 100% non-refundable. If you cancel you will not get a refund of deposit, or the final payment made.

*Event liability insurance required in the amount of 1million.
NON -WEDDING EVENT WEEKDAY RATE is $750 depending on size of guest and space needed or $150 a hour.

RECEPTION SPACE
Love is Sweet so Lets Drink and Eat. The reception space is a easy flow from ceremony, and cocktail hour from upper floor to the perfectly set reception on our lower ground for 100 to 400. The Loft a special historical vintage industrial space that is amble in size 20,000 sq ft room for all your wish list to come true from dining, desserts, drinking, dancing and games. Seating with round tables and white chairs. You need more seats or want to upgrade to our timeless 36 inch wide farm tables for your reception for a additional price see more information in our rental add on page.
COCKTAIL SPACE
You can have cocktail and lounge area upstairs or down...maybe even both? A great place for time spent catching up or winding down. Adding you personal touches with your accent colors, canvas pictures or your bold initial lettering making it a great place to chill or photo op.
